Yard & Lawn Maintenance
As part of our weekly to bi-monthly maintenance programs, Tropicalway East Landscaping will clean out all Landscaping beds, trim, and prune all hedges and shrubs as needed. Plants will be trimmed and pruned in a uniform appearance. All grass will be mowed to a uniform matter with a height of 3 inches.
We edge all curbs, sidewalks, and drive-ways and clear out all fronds that need to be cut, including weed control. All grass clippings will be blown off driveways, sidewalks, and curbs after each mowing.
Fertilization
In south Florida soil consists of lime rock, sand, and marl. Altering the soil conditions by adding richer soil and drainage will be a key factor in the healthy growth of your plants. Fertilization is a essential part of maintaing our barren soil, rich in micro and macro nutrients. Proper plant nutrition will keep you landscaping strong and resistant to diseases.
